In 2011 ALEC Received a "Diversity Grant" from UPS

I keep hitting links to this all morning -  so it means I have to publish something.

My question is - being that I have worked in higher ed and at nonprofits AND done grant accounting reporting...................

Can the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)
prove -  beyond a reasonable doubt -
that the funds received were not used for the ALEC Voter ID legislation
- which would disenfranchise MILLIONS of people of color from being able to vote?????

I wonder.
